When you talk to Kristen you get a sense of her love for horses, farming/ranching and riding. She started as most young people who were not lucky enough to have a horse by constantly begging her parents for a horse or, at the very least, riding lessons. She has always wanted to experience life by horseback and always wanted to farm/ranch. Kristen graduated from Coastal Carolina University with a degree in Biology. She is a certified equine and canine massage therapist. Back in high school, Kristen would help out her family, Tom and Pat Seay (who she calls her Uncle and Aunt) at Andora Farm for horse camps and team penning. She also volunteered at her local therapeutic riding program. While in college, she was a trail guide and managed a trail riding barn on the beach. Kristen also has managed a watersports business as well as a manager in retail. Kristen often jokes that her heaven would be a ranch on the beach.
In addition to co-hosting the television show, she assists in finding new locations for new shows and helps locations on events and schedules for Best of America by Horseback rides. She manages the website and brings her love and excitement for horses and trail riding to our Facebook page. Kristen expands that enthusiasm to our monthly newsletter, in which she is the Editor in Chief.
